I sent for a sample in October. This was just post and packaging. When my credit card bill arrived in November, £84.95 had been taken by Institute for Health. I did not order anything else and have not received any goods from them. Neither did I sign up for anything else. They are no longer on the web and can not be contacted. My bank are looking into it and the Trading Standards have been informed. They have no authorisation to take any money from my account.
