I applied to sample two creams, not realizing that they were both from the one company. The arrangement was that I would recieve a sample and if I was not happy, I could return the cream, but if I did not contact them, they would start charging my credit card monthlly.
I heard nothing from them, then found my credit card had been debited, and only then recieved the creams. I then realized that this was a scam and tried cancelling by email and phone, all without success. I cancelled my credit card.
