I heard about this on the radio and inquired. The associate informed me that I would recieve a card for $19.95 and when I go to for my groceries they would be free. They convinced me, even though my gut feeling said something else. After I gave my information and decided to cancel, the customer service department informed me that I could not cancel over the phone but I could go on the internet, print out the form and mail it to them. I then asked again about the service and company andd they explained to me that it was about printing out store coupons and redeeming them at the supermarket. I do this already for free. As a result of this false information, I had to cancel my card and obtain a new one with a different number. This was very inconvenient and a great lesson learned.
