I was listen to the radio and american value came on and said we have 2,000 dollars in free grocery for you just call this number. So I called the number and then a young lady came on the line explaining about how much money I could save for a one time fee of 20.00 dollars. I could use these coupons any but I must buy name brand products. And once I recieve my coupons in the mail if I am not satisfy I would be guarantee my money back by calling custom service. When I received the americam value grocery envelop there was no coupons, no phone number to call. A "welcome Aboard" page telling you, you need to activate your access card. I tried to print some coupons and could not I tried to find custom service number and could not. I still have all the information that was sent to me, and if there is any way I can get my money back I want it thank you.
