I heard an advertisement for free coupons to join other shoppers for shopping tendencies tracking. Because it was on the radio, I did not believe it was a scam. However, I just received my information from American Value grocery yesterday. There were no coupons.instead, there were two cards with information that did not include what I was promised in the conversation with the company. I am very unsatisfied because when I tried visiting the site today (next day), it was gone. I tried calling the number provided for customer service but never got to speak with anyone (phone just hangs up on me). I would also like to cancel and get my money back because of false advertisement and lack of customer service. I cannot print any coupons and cannot order any if I cannot access the website.
