I bought a cell phone from Sprint on Jay Street in Brooklyn on 1/17. It has never worked properly. I have had no email service since 2/14. I have no visual voicemail. My mic is defective. I have been on the hone with Sprint 4 times and they cannot fix it. They told me to go to a corporate store where it would be fixed but then when I got there I was told that it was not there responsibility and I would have to pay $35.00. I have written to the entire exec. Staff of Sprint and have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Please help!
