Netspend Ace Elite
I get social security benefits direct deposited, netspend authorized a transaction that was unauthorized, and now they took my whole benefit check that i have to live on once a month

Nestled Ace Elite had Authorized a Truck rental payment in the amount of 689.00 to budget truck, I did not Authorize this payment. I had a 100 overdraft limit, which netspend had Blocked until March 1, so how did they authorizes payment on Feb 16? They are taking my entire social security check.
