I was on computer paying a ticket, someone from Idaho hacked into my computer got my netspend card and placed an order on walmart.com i called netspend that day soon as I noticed it, i was told that there was a stop payment put on order. Come to find out it never was and they paid it tryed to get reimbursed netspend sent me paperwork to fill out I did so and they still will not reimburse me the money say that too much time has elapsed. There should be no time elapsed since I called Netspend the day of unauthorized charge and they didn't put a stop payment on it. I am being punished because they didn't do their job, not me. I want my $75.80 from Netspend. Thank you. Rebecca King
