Ordered shoes to be delivered from Rios Fashion Shoes. Only received confirmation from Paypal that the transaction was processed, received nothing from the vendor. Waited 3 weeks, sent 4 emails for which no response was received. No phone number provided. Collection in Paypal by a Ping Xiao. This is a scam.
