I ordered 4 pairs of shoes and paid via PayPal. Received a confirmation of paypal transaction pending the next day. The following week, I received a small 3x5 letter in the mail with some butterfly stickers.
Several inquiries later no response from Rios.
PayPal dispute started.
PayPal claim denied 7 days later because seller sent paypal proof of delivery.
PayPal apeal in progress at this time. I forwarded the USPS tracking link to PayPal showing that the delivery was an international letter. How does four pairs of shoes fit into an international letter?
Glad I had the thought to keep the 10 cent stickers and envelope.
