I ordered a skirt from Chadwicks, got a skirt in the mail, it was not what I ordered, called customer service - waited on line forever. Was told after a two hour wait that I should speak to manager and then they hung up. I sent the skirt back, cannot get into web site, ordered two more skirts, can't check the order the web site does not work. I paid the bill, WFN holds the credit card, it is time someone gets this straight, I want the item removed from my account and the items I ordere. I have paid the bill in good faith and am getting nothing in return!!! This company is a RIP OFF!!
