I bought an item from Chadwicks on line on Aug 8. The Order number was C000490814, and the item was 93101 037D 06, SKIRT LNG GRG SKRT, on sale for PPYDT $19.99 shipping. The item was not what I wanted, so I shipped it back. I had a confirmation on the phone that Chadwicks received the item, but every time that I call for a refund, they give me all kinds of excuses such as "our computer is down" or "only the manager can approve the refund" or such. It has been over 5 months since I returned the item. Where is my refund??
