Started in 2010 when I subscribed to a commercial DIRECTIVE Latino newspaper says directv monthly 29.99 per month. But the damage starts after 3 months later when you do not validate the assumption that you were offered discount. The alleged letter written discount so small you need magnifying glass to read it o is this the first scam. Then comes the other, if not ask for the identification of customer service that you are attending rip you off by saying that no such person. Total started the bill reach me 65.99 a month for a period of two years contract is that they provide us and you can not cancel any odds way. Ment passed the 2 years was happy to finish per subscription with this company for the cancellation have to talk to a representative and ask for your ID to get ripped off not saying you do not know who your spoked. That happened again. After canceled again asking for identification. But I was charged in January. I thought that was the end, until today Saturday February 18 I came another bill. This is a movie that I ordered on April 21. They say my fridge and an oven or failures they never received that information and I never saw that movie. I blame my children that they ordered that pelicula. Total that the representative asked what the phone to speak to the legal department
