I ordered two pairs of Uggs Roslynn boots from a website (www.australianboots-clearance.com) which directed me to another website (www.realypay.com). I sent an email from Realypay on 1/31 because I have not received the boots. I received a reply stating that they have alot of orders to process and my order will be shipped as soon as possible. On February 16th, I received the boots and they were not authentic. I have a brown pair and they were totally different. So I sent them an email the same day and I have not had a response.
