I purchased a pair of ugg boots and paid for them through realypay. Upon receiving the boots I discovered boots were fake and a bad fake at that. Realypay had replied as the third party as merchandiser ignored my emails. Realypay assured me that money would be refunded within 30 days however I'm still waiting on this money.
How do I get my money back as I've still got corresponding emails. Iam very angry to be lied to like this.
