I ordered 4 pairs of UGG boots through CheapOnLine boots for £240 gbp. I have tried to contact them to request a refund as I received contact through Realypay to advise that I should order different boots as they did not have stock of them but didnt say which style of boot it was they didn't have. This made me suspicious so i tried to contact them again through Realypay but have had no further contact from either company and don't know what steps to take next. Can anyone help?
