I ordered Ugg boots from cheaperuggstore.com and was sent an email stating that RealyPay was their payment processing company. They charged me a $2.00 fee for my payment. I received my merchandise in a broken up packages with the box folded in half and the boots were ripping at the seams. When I tried to contact the company their website was no longer online. When I tried to contact RealyPay for refund information their website was only in Chinese with no way of receiving English help. There are no phone numbers or online customer support. To make matters worse, this same company is trying to take more money out of my account with out having a legitimate order from ANY website! Uggs Australia notified me that this website is counterfeit.
