Fr-boots.net I received damaged merchandise and no address where to return them. Compay does not answer mail or phone. Shanghai

I bought a pair of UGG from a merchant called fr-boots.net based in China.
The payment was made through realypay.com!
The boots are damaged and the
merchant does not indicate any address where to return the boots.
Neither fr-boots.net nor realypay.com respond to my mail nor answer on the phone.
