I registered with ZBiddy after they stated they were better then ebay. I made a mistake when I entered my credit card information, however, most of us do with pay pal and other "trusted" sites. I read through the information on registering slowly to avoid any snags, but low and behold after completing the information page and entering, they said I had purchased a bid package for $99.00.
I called their customer service number and complained, only to be told that they did not offer refunds and as a sympathy gift they would send me a gift card worth $100. I won't hold my breath for it.
My only thought is that a lot of people do not have the $99.00 to throw away and these people show no feeling toward that. They will keep it up until we stop them.
