I called Zbiddy to get a refund... I was furious when I was given a confirmation number after me putting in all my information. And out of nowhere WA-LA! THEY TOOK $99 dollars. I had a gut feeling I was being scammed because I was not made aware of any purchase, and sure as hell not for $99 DOLLARS! I immediately googled complaints and saw several similar complaints... They do this to everyone? I was irate! I called up demanding a refund just to find out, just like you, I am not able to... I wanted agent to give me thorough explaination...
So she was polite and did so...
Throughout the conversation, I did tell her i put in card info to save on file just in case i win or decide to buy bids. ISNT THAT HOW ALL AUCTION WEBSITES WORK?!..

I felt like a HUGE FREAKING MORON when I was brought back to the page and agent walked me through, and the poor thing had to sit there and read word for word, left to right, top to bottom, of the bid package that actually WAS clearly stated.
I DO ADMIT: I believe that this common mistake and complaint we put upon Zbiddy is based on all of our own stupidity. You have to admit... You think of online auction, you think of Ebay. Meanwhile Ebay acct are being hacked and fraud payments made EVERYDAY! I was relieved that it was not on file. And how zbiddy works is if youre going to make a payment, they WILL defiantly let you know by asking for card info.

You authorize payment with ccv # (3 digs on back of card) just like ordering pizza on the phone... And the fact that we all admit to our mistakes on a recorded and monitored call... Yeah... OUR BAD! So I accepted my mistake and actually tried the site. And WON AN APPLE I POD for just $79.00 reasonable shipping and handling fee, plus a free one yr warranty in courtesy from Zbiddy (which is useful and well worth 99 dollars if you ask me)
re-fillable bids?! Thats great! Unfortunately, we have to admit, we were assumptive, and lazy not to read the fine print. And really? Whos fault is that? Our own
