I went on the website and they asked the usual information questions as well as my credit card information. I never authorized for them to debit $99.00 from my card. If I knew the fee was $99.00 I would have never given them my information. I contacted customer service within 2 hours and they said that the $99.00 fee was nonrefundable. Then he tried to tell me that I clicked on the $99.00. I told him some rather choice words. He then told me that he can give me a $100.00 gas card or a $100.00 gift card to a restaurant. I don't want either. They are Scam Artist. Something must be done.
