I ordered and paid for trial samples of 2 different products. Of which too 4 weeks to arrive. These were trails and a total of £12.98 was debited to my account. On the 17th of feb £29.99 was taken from my account without my permission or knowledge. Having called my bank they advised i need to contact the company direct... I have tried to no avail there is not even a ring tone. The only option left is to shut this scam down but how??? In the terms for these products it states to contact them on 44 (0) 808 168 3685 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or [email protected]. This is not possible to do as there is no such email either.
