Today my Credit Card Statement came and it was credited for £ 74.95.
What about the other items for which i was charged on the
10. January 2012 £74.95
24. January 2012 £51:00 (these are the items for which I have been charged)
27. January 2012 £79:99
29. January 2012 £74.95
The companies reply

We have refunded you in the amount of 74.95GBP, for the second order of Perfect Radiance, which you never received. Please allow up to 10 days for the transaction to process and funds to be available in your account.
As we explained in previous emails, you were not due to receive further shipments associated with the other 3 charges (74.95,51.00,79.99). If your accounts are active at the end of the trial periods, you are charged the full price of the trial products you initially ordered and received.
