I challenged the company after they had taken nearly £200 out of my bank account. I did not read the small print so was not aware i had signed up to a monthly service. I thought i was just paying the P&P for the trial cream. I have since cancelled the accounts by phone and email and unbelievably they have refunded me in full.
I have never recieved any products.
