On the 29-Dec I ordered and purchased a trial product Slim Tone Plus / Body Cleanse.
I did not subscribe for any monthly product delivery and have not received any from the company since the last purchase on the 29th of December.
Recently, I have noticed that the company has been debting my account basically every two weeks without my consent which i consider to be completely wrong. I did not sign up for any direct debt with Slim Tone Plus / Body Cleanse and just don`t understand why the company is debting my account every two weeks without my permission.
I strongly do not agree to this unlawful act as it is not in line to the original agreement when I was purchasing the products for trial.
I have alerted the police and my bank about this latest online Scam and also have advised Slim Tone Plus / Body Cleanse by email to make a full refund of all debited amount to my account within a maximum of 24 hours. The customer service of this company does not exist, so its impossible to get through to a representative by phone. The debits that were made on my account are as follows:
