I purchased worldprofit.com email blaster and out of the 1st 10 days their system was screwed up so I couldn't use it. So I contacted them and told them I wanted a refund. They emailed me back and said they had emailed me 4 times and I had not responded. I could only respond for 2 of the 10 days because they said I had to give them 4 days to respond. They said they told me that they didn't give refunds but they didn't tell me that they were going to have problems 8 days out of 10. I've got all my emails I sent them and the ones they sent me.
