Have ordered a pair of boots for my GF and a week later emailed them to find a status. I was emailed the next day saying it would be 5-6 days. I immediately emailed them back to ask if was 5-6 days from the email date, or 5-6 days from the date the order was placed. They didnt respond to that email. Days later, I forwarded my second request for clarification, when will it be delivered, from what date, etc. Their response was a single one line 8-10 days! And a Thank You. No tracking number, no shipper information and now its 8-10 days LATER than it was a wek ago that was only supposed to be 5-6 days. I wasnt rude in any emails sent, just looking for clarification. This is a really bad way to do business, and from reading the reviews, I would tend to think the good reviews were written by friends or employees of the company. Will give an update if / when I get them, but I am not optimistic. -Lorenzo
