The Movers change the billing rate and it was not based on the quote agreed amount by telephone with Ann. The agreed amount was 120 hour with an 89 truck charge. When we arrived at storage to pick up three crates the wanted me to sign an agreement that $120 charge for the truck instead of $89 and James stated that they would not remove my goods until I paid. I signed because I knew it should only take 2 hours to do the job. We discussed a total of $369 but it took the movers an hour and half to drive 53miles - at one point the movers was following me and he was driving 20 miles per hour because I would have to stop and wait. This I realize was to extend the time. So, when we arrived at our destination 5 minutes before the 2 hour limit was up, the driver talked on the phone for ten more minutes to get my total and came back with $470 total. I was going to pay cash and I had $400 in my wallet and they agreed to take that otherwise they were going to store the items. However, James the driver wrote in a balance of $72 after we agreed to a $400. He went back to the truck without giving me a receipt and I had to follow him in order to get the receipt. They held my goods hostage in order to get more money.
