I asked for a free trial, they charged my card 78. Oo. I then received another shipment and charge of 78.00. I asked for return and received an rma# which I printed in 2" letters on the outside of the box. They acknowledge receipt but said I could not get a refund because there was no rma# on the box. Then they said I could get a reshipment free. I called and said ok since they refused my refund. They said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. A month later I asked where my merchandise was and they said it had been too long and I was not eligible for money or product..
