I was made to believe I was getting a free trial of Eyepothesis eye cream for only 1$. My credit card was charged $78.41. I called the Customer Service line. The woman I talked to was sarcastic. I offered to return to product. I was told I would still not receive a refund. I was told I was sent a month-supply of eye cream. I said I never agreed to that. She was unfazed and said that even though I had cancelled any future orders. I would not get my money back. I was told about some "manufactured policy" that stated my free trial period had expired and refunds aren't done over the internet, only at retail stores. I told her that was false. She said sorry for the inconveinence and hung up the phone.
