I ordered a free sample and was charged without my knowledge 84.00. I also received a free sample from a division of the same company "Pro Lash" and was charged 78.00. I called the main company and cancelled all future charges. Eyepothesis again sent product work a plug nickel and charged me 84.00. I immediately called to get a refund. They issued an RMA for credit. That day I returned the unopened package in brown wrapping with the RMA on the outside written in 2" letters. I waited for credit. None came. Contacted company and was told that the receiving dept. Got the package but the RMA was not on the outside of the package so I could not get credit. I raised cain so they said they would reship me the product. I was told over the phone it would be shipped in 3-5 days. I waited several weeks, called them and was told that it had been too long I no longer qualified for reshipment. So they stole my money, lied to me. Then refused to resend what I paid for. They are liars, thieves, scammers, and felons.
