I ordered free sample. Was charged 84.00 because didn't cancel in time, but cancelled with prolash who is the same co. But then received another charge and shipment. Requested return authorization for credit immediately. Given RMA#. Immediately returned unopened with RMA on outside of pkg.in 2" letters. Waited, no credit. Called and told the Rma was not on the outside of the pkg so did not qualify for credit. Then after much ado by me was offered a reshipment of product. I said ok, I've lost the 84.00/ told it would be shipped 3-5 days, waited weeks, no product. Contacted company and told I waited too long according to their policy and was refused my money back and refused to have the product reshipped. They stole my money no matter how you look at it, and the product isn't worth a plug nickel.
