It was a nightmare. I ordered a sample.

Then was automatically charged for the sample and them sent another after i cancelled my account. I got rma # and returned package in 3 days unopened with the rma # printed 3inches big on the front of the package. The company said their warehouse personnel said no rma was printed on the outside of the package and so i was not entitled to a refund. They got my money and their product =thieves i call it. I had to change my credit card so they couldn't get to it again. They offered to resend me the merchandise so finally after fighting for 4 months i finally accepted the reshipment. Better than having nothing, but not much.
