I requested a free credit report. It had receive a walmart 100.00 gift certificate if you choose a free sample from among the ones listed. Along with eyepothesis was Prolash, Animal vitamins, among a few others I don't remember. They had my credit card number and billed me 84.00 for the free sample (and I mean "sample only". I cancelled it and received the following month another sample (only) and was billed 84.00 again. I asked for an RA to return it and receive a refund. I received RA Number that I printed on the package in 2" letters. I waited and no refund. Then when I contacted them they said I was not entitled to refund because I did not print RA No. On outside of package. Then I continued to email demanding my money and they then said it had been 30 days since my return which made me ineligible for refund. So, they got 168.00 plus the product back. I have filed complaints with everyone I can think of including the AG, BBB, and so on with no luck. I even found out the owners of the co. And sent them facebook messages. Still no luck to this day.
