I came home from vacation and found a charge on my bank card that I didn't not recognize. It was processing so I couldn't investigate. I received a box in the mail two days later with a product from Eyepothesis. They said it was a free trial and if I didn't want it to return it. There was no billing information, no receipt and they could not give me any information as to any order. After 15 minutes of talking to basically a robot I asked for a supervisor, who of course, was not available. I am waiting for a call back. Now my choice is to try to return the product without any order information or keep it for 10.00.
