Omg... I am so angry and feel so stupid at the same time. Spoke to Robert Esperaza, AJ, McKenzie, Devonne, and Charles. We should know better but learn the hard way. Last two weeks a call from Advanced Loan Processing, was wondering why my file is with another company. Try to call USG but to no avail, their phone lines all have a busy signals. Darn it people I am so sad:) and it's been five months now. They have my hopes up and now I want to hurt them so bad. They have no hearts whatsoever. How can we go abt finding a solution for all of this, our money they took from us. I received a letter from my lender the first month that they are releasing information to USG so we thought it's legitimate company and then they don't call anymore. I have to call my lender tomorrow, I thank president Obama for the new help for the homeowners and I hope my lender will give us what we are looking for all this time... Wow... I can't believe this is happening.
