I applied for a loan in the amount of 5000. I received a call for approval and docs were sent. The agreement was that I needed to send 900.00 to secure the loan. I did just that. I then received a call that the lender would only secure the loan if I sent another 900.00 This would mean that I would not make a payment for 12 months because I sent 12 months up front to secure this loan.
I have now received a call that the lender backed out of the loan and I will not get a refund for 2 weeks. This was a guarenteed loan and I have the documents stating this. I sent all the money I had to get this loan to pay off some debt. I am sending this in hopes that an attorney will see this and take this case or any advise would be helpful
