I ordered the 10" Orgreenic fry pan on line, thinking I was using the "Buy one, get one free with paid shipping", plus 2 free Orgreenic knives. The order came today and there was only one pan and no knives! I called to complain and was told that because I upgraded from the basic pan to the anondized (I know that is not spelled right) pan, I immediately lost the free knives and the free pan. I do not recall upgrading anything, and I asked what the anondizing means. It took the guy a few seconds to find the explanation, and all they say on the commercial about special processing to make the pans non stick forever is what he read off to me. I said isn't that supposed to be on the pans in the first place and he said no. And when I asked about the warranty, he said there is a limited 60 day warranty with a lifetime pan replacement guarantee, No, I do not understand it. All I understand is that I have been ripped off and want to warn everyone else.
