I was online and the ad came up to try Cellan for free trial all you pay is shipping and handling and had 14 days to try the product and the claim was that you would see results in that time period. As I would like to loose the last 30 lbs of weight that I have been struggling to lose for the last six months, I was enticed to try the product and felt that it was a safe bet a I had a free trial.
So during order of this product a recommedation came on the screen to try Coleanse also, but to use it first then move on the Cellan, also with the same free trial, just pay shipping and handling.
On Feb 1 I placed my order. On Feb 17 my free trial still had not arrived although my credit cad had been charged for 2 shipping charges.
I emailed Coleanse and asked where my trial was as I had already been charged for the shipping but did not receive the goods and what about the free trial as more than 14 days had passed. They emailed me to contact customer support and I could ask for an extension of the trial.
I proceeded to call and was asked to sign up for the products to be shipped on a monthly basis at a discounted price. I said how could I sign up for tha if I did not even get the trial or even try the product without knowing if it would work or not. I was reassured that my trial was on its way and that I would get another 14 day extension to try it once it arrives.
It arrive on Feb 27th. I thought that I would look on line as to how to use the product and came across these scam complaints. I then proceeded to check my visa statement online and saw that I had been charged $ 162.33 usd in addition to the shipping charges. For what? I had not even been given the chance to try the product. Now I work very hard to support my home and family and these charges were not anticipated in my budget. And what were they for?
I have notified my Visa provider to not process any more charges from these people although I called customer service to ask what the charges were for.
I was told that when I place my order on line the had a clause in bold that stated I could cancel my order withing 16 days, so my problem if I failed to read that. I asked him how I could even try the product when I didn't receive it but know enough to cancel after 16 days of my order which was the 17th when I was already on the phone with them. No one advised me at the time that I would receive subsequent charges to my visa. No one asked me on the 17th if I wished to cancel.
Too bad so sad, I felt like the moron for not receiving the product in a timely manner and for not cancelling 16 days after I place the trial order.
If you are struggling or desiring to loose weight, this company is surely not the way to go. All they want is to scam you out of your money. I have such a bad taste about this that I will just throw the product out - who knows it may prove to make you very sick. It sure has mae me sick just thinking about all the naive people out there who are being scammed for a few quick dollars.
So if you ae at all thinking about trying the product please don't. This is how the company is making their millions, by scamming busy and defenseless people.
Not a company that I would want to deal with.
