I ordered a trial of Cellan and Coleanse in good faith. I discovered from my bank statement that £99.52 had been taken out for Cellan and £69.42 for Coleanse on the 7th August. I had only signed up for the trial and agreed to postage and packing (about £5.90 per item) emails from me are unanswered or returned by Mailer. They agreed only to cancel my subscription BUT have not reimbursed me. This is not an authorised transaction. Money I cannot afford.
