A consumer advertisement via text automatically signed me up for a monthly subscription of crap for $9.99 a month. The damages started occurring before the above listed date, but did not notice or take action against the fraudulent charges until December. Monetary damages may have been in excess of $59.94 and my phone service provider cannot do much of anything about stopping the alleged Third Party Content Provider from charging me a subscription every month.
