On my At&t bill I recently discovered a charge for a monthly subscription for a service never ordered. The content provider is Tux Media, and the supposed subscription is for MobileFlirtingTipsAl. I dug up my older bills and discovered this has been going on since last July! Two new recent subscription charges are Ringtone/Wallpaper (content provider Wingley Marketing) and this month I get to pay for Gossiprage (kindly provided by Wise Media).
My husband and I called At&t to complain. It took about 45 minutes and getting to the supervisor's supervisor to have the bogus charges credited back to our account.
Unbelievable. Always check the details on your bills!
