I placed an order that was never shipped. The company agreed to cancel my order, but never refunded the charge of $47.39. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New York, where the company is located. They finally sent me a refund check - which bounced! So now, I'm not only out the $47.39 the company charged me for an order I never received, but also for the $10.00 bounced check fee my bank charged me.
