Placed my order on 10/09. I was charged immediately for the items ordered. I waited three weeks and after two e-mails to their so called customer service. No response. Its almost 8 weeks since the order was placed. I did file a complaint on line with the BBB in the state of CA. They had sent Planetrx two letters with no response. How can a company be allowed to conduct business like this. The Planetrx web-site should be shut down.
