Ordered $120.00 worth of items for my Mother. Items have not been shipped as of 09.30.11, yet my credit card was charged immediately. Planetrx has no customer service and will not cancel order, reply to queries, and refund monies due. Planetrx is a scam of the highest order, and someone needs to arrested and jailed.
