Time Warner cable had my permission to charge my bankaccount for one payment and they electronically charged my bank account twicecausing a bounce charge. They then told me that all they could do wasgive me credit towards my bill in the amount of bounced check fees I incurred. Come to find out even after proving my bounced check fees they did not creditmy account. Because of their initial double charge over 15 checks in myaccount bounced and I was charged $30 for each bounced check which cost me $510. I am so angry and when I call there to get them to help me fix the problem theytell me someone will contact me back and I have yet to hear from anyone.
