Was looking to buy a Car. Try to pull the vin# up. They found the vehicle... But i tried to access the report, I was unable to receive it. I tried calling the company 8 times got a blank phone line, got hung up on 7 times. Waited for about 1.5 hours to speak to someone. The individual told me that my 3 day trail period was up, offered to use there services. I told him i didn't need it any more due to the fact i already purchase a report from Carfax. I was charge for services that was never rendered... Called the BBB, the organization weren't in the system. I was told try to contact the NFBIFU.
