I was doing some research on my car and tried using carvinhistory.com and paid $2.95 for 1 history report. Which the report came up blank and told me that my vehicle did not exist or I had entered the wrong Vin number. 6 days later I see that my card was being billed for $29.95 which I did not authorize. I called to stop the payment and got a cancellation number and was told that they would not take any payments out but the payment went through anyways and now I am out $29.95 plus $2.95 without anything to show for. So I called back demanding that I get a refund and was told that they would only refund me 50% of my $29.95 which was about $14. Ticks me off to no end to know that there are companies that do this and then do not deliver on the service that they provide or are supposed to provide. Its frickin B.S.
