I sent off for a free trial of the anti-wrinkle serum, eye cream and moisturiser for £3.95 - then a few weeks later I found later two debits on my bank account amounting to £154.94, which were totally unauthorised. I phoned my bank and they told me that in the small print re terms and conditions unless you cancel the agreement within a certain time, this company will continue to deduct large amounts of money every month with impunity. NOBODY realises this when they sign up for the free trial. People need to be made aware of this. IT IS TANTAMOUNT TO FRAUD.
Consumer authorities should do something about this immediately.
