I saw the ad on the website claiming the wonderful results from
their cream and serum and saw the words "free trial". I admit to
being naive in not reading the small print properly and sent for my
"free trial". I was shocked and sickened when I saw the amount above had been removed from my bank account. I am a pensioner and just cannot afford this money. I would say in my defence the ad was misleading in the extreme and was aimed at deceiving rather gullible women like myself. I now have to contact my bank to cancel the transaction and trading standards to see if there is any way to get my money back.
